Terms of Sale

These terms apply when you buy and use a Bliss graduation announcement from Bliss Go Studios LLC (“Bliss”, “we”, “us”), a limited liability company registered in Delaware, United States. By placing an order you agree to them.
1. What you’re buying
A personalised digital graduation announcement: an illustrated image (1080 × 1920 pixels, made for Stories and WhatsApp) that you design yourself using our online designer. Nothing physical is shipped.
2. Ordering and payment
- Prices are set in UAE dirhams (AED). Prices shown in other currencies on our site are approximate and for convenience only.
- You’re charged once, at checkout, in US dollars (USD), at the fixed rate of 3.6725 AED to 1 USD. If your card is in another currency, your bank converts the amount and may add its own fee.
- Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.
- Promo codes, when offered, are applied at checkout and can’t be exchanged for cash.
3. Your personal link
- After payment we email you a personal link and access code, usually within a few minutes. If it hasn’t arrived after 10 minutes, check your spam folder, then contact us.
- Each link works only for the design you bought.
- Treat your link like a key: anyone who has it can use your previews, so please don’t share it.
4. Designing your announcement
- Your order includes a set number of previews, shown on the design’s page (usually 5). Previews carry a watermark.
- When you’re happy, you choose one design as your final. Your final is delivered once, in high resolution, without the watermark.
- Please check every detail — spelling, names, dates and university — before you create your final. We create exactly what you enter, and the final can’t be changed afterwards.
- Your preview history is saved in the browser on the device you used. Clearing your browser data removes it from that device.
- If you need more previews, contact us and we’ll help where we can.
5. Using your announcement
- Your final image is for personal use: share it on social media and messaging apps, print it for your own celebration, or send it to family and friends.
- You may not resell it, use it commercially or present the artwork as your own. The illustrations and designs remain the property of Bliss Go Studios LLC.
- University and school names and images belong to their owners. They’re shown to personalise your announcement and don’t imply any affiliation with, or endorsement by, those institutions.
6. Your content
You’re responsible for the names and text you enter. Please don’t enter anything offensive, unlawful or that you don’t have the right to use. If you enter someone else’s details, make sure you have their permission.
Orders must be placed by someone aged 18 or over. If the graduate is under 18, a parent or guardian should place the order.
7. Refunds
Please see our Refund Policy.
8. If something goes wrong
We work hard to keep the shop and designer running smoothly. If a technical problem on our side stops you from receiving your design, we’ll fix it or refund you. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place your order applies to that order.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware and applicable federal law of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
