This policy explains what personal information Bliss Go Studios LLC (“Bliss”, “we”) collects when you use our shop and designer, and how we use it. Bliss Go Studios LLC is registered in Delaware, United States, and handles personal data in line with applicable law.
What we collect
- When you buy: your name, email address and the billing details Stripe asks for. Card details are entered on Stripe’s secure checkout; we never see or store your full card number.
- When you design: the names and text you type (such as the graduate’s name and your message), the options you choose, your access code, how many previews you’ve used and the images that are created.
- When you leave a review: your rating and review, the name you choose to show, your country and, if you add it, your university or school. We link it to your order code so we know it comes from a real customer.
- When you contact us: the details you send us.
- Technical information: our hosting providers automatically record basic information, such as your IP address and browser type, to keep the service secure and working.
What’s stored on your device
We use your browser’s local storage to remember your language choice and, in the designer, your preview history. This stays on your device. We don’t use advertising or analytics cookies.
How we use it
- To process your payment and send you your personal link
- To create your previews and final announcement
- To help you when you contact us
- To show your review on our website and social media, only if you agreed to it when you sent it. You can ask us to remove it at any time.
- To prevent fraud and misuse
- To keep the records we need for accounting and legal reasons
We only email you about your order. We won’t send you marketing emails unless you’ve agreed to them, and we never sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
We use trusted service providers to help us run Bliss — for example to take payments, keep order records, create your images, send emails and host our website. They handle your information only on our behalf and only to provide those services.
We’re based in the United States, so your information may be stored and processed in the United States and in other countries where our providers operate. We may also share information where the law requires it.
Other people’s details
Announcements usually include the graduate’s name. If that isn’t you, please make sure they’re happy for you to use their details. If the graduate is under 18, a parent or guardian should place the order.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as we need them to provide the service and meet our accounting and legal obligations. You can ask us to delete your information sooner, unless we’re required to keep it.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Email hello@bliss-go.com and we’ll respond within 30 days.
Keeping it safe
We use reputable providers and limit who can access your information. Your personal link works like a key, so please keep it private.
Changes
If we change this policy, we’ll update this page and the date at the top.
